Patient Surveys

Due to technical issues we are no longer able to offer patients the option to complete the patient survey online.  If you have a login code and are trying to complete the survey online please contact Deputy Project Manager, Emily Connearn (e.connearn@leeds.ac.uk) and she will be able to advise and assist you.  Thank you.

We are asking patients who are diagnosed with bowel cancer, and who live in Yorkshire and the Humber region, to consent to participate in the study by completing three surveys; one at the time of diagnosis, one twelve months later and a final one three years after diagnosis.  The study team received ethical approval to conduct this study from the Solihull - West Midlands Research Ethics Committee in December 2017.
