New Patient Information and Posters added to the Opioid Toolkit

New formatted version of the patient information sheet on how to safely take opioids and A3 posters for use on wards on how to prescribe opioids safely and how to take opioids safely are now available to download in the Opioid Stewardship Toolkit (Link to YCRBCIP Resources Page).  These are available for teams in the Yorkshire and Humber to support work in improving opioid stewardship for colorectal cancer patients.
