As part of the Yorkshire Cancer Research Bowel Cancer Improvement Programme we will be hosting an online education session around reducing post colonoscopy cancers.

This event is free to attend and open to anyone involved in providing colonoscopy in the Yorkshire and Humber region including within the NHS and private sector.  This includes but is not limited to surgeons, gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners, business managers, trainees and administration teams.

This event will cover:

  •  an introduction of the work stream
  • an update from the national PCCRC audit
  • a comparison to aggregated results from Yorkshire
  • shared experience and recommendations from the Yorkshire audit results
  • opportunities for improvement
  • National Endoscopy Database

Speakers at the event include Dr Roland Valori and Professor Matt Rutter.

To attend you will need to register in advance by emailing our Project Manager,  Hannah Rossington ([email protected]).  All those delegates who register and attend the event will be emailed a certificate of attendance which you can use for self-assessed CPD.
